השיבנו יהוה אליך ונשובה חדש ימינו כקדם (איכה ה:כא)
This verse is read on the eve of the 9th of Av when remembering the destruction of Jerusalem. We also say this verse every Shabbat when putting the Torah back in the ark for safekeeping.
It is a beautiful verse in a book about devastation. I try to focus on how destruction is also the starting of REconstruction and change.
