This is a quote from the zemer (Shabbat song) called "Dror Yikra", authored by Dunash ben Labarat in 10th century Spain. The literal meaning is "He proclaims freedom".
The piece is dedicated to the Israeli hostages waiting for freedom, may they be rescued speedily. I've used the color yellow to invoke the yellow ribbon worn in Israel for hostage awareness.
This is a good addition to an area where Shabbat meals are celebrated, such as a dining room or kitchen. Having this image on the wall nearby can add to the beauty of the meal and also help us keep our captive brothers in mind at the same time.
